TRADEwithTRILLY provides educational content, ebooks, the AI-Predict TradingView indicator, and community access. Everything we publish is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in our products is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

2. Risk disclaimer

Trading and cryptocurrency involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance — including any results, screenshots, or examples shown on this site — is not indicative of future results, may include simulated or demo trading, and is not typical. The AI-Predict indicator is a decision-support tool, not a signal to follow blindly. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Refund policy

Our ebooks and indicator access are digital products delivered instantly, so sales are generally final. That said, we stand behind our work: if you are not satisfied with an ebook, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request for a refund. Indicator (invite-only) access, once granted to your TradingView account, is non-refundable. Refunds, where issued, are returned to your original payment method.

4. Indicator access

The AI-Predict indicator is provided as invite-only access on TradingView. After purchase you submit your TradingView username and we grant access to your account. Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We may revoke access for misuse.

5. Intellectual property

All ebooks, content, and the indicator are the property of TRADEwithTRILLY and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the products without written permission.

6. Community conduct

Our Discord and live streams are spaces for learning. Be respectful, do not give or solicit financial advice as if it were professional advice, and do not promote scams or unrelated offers. We may remove members who break these rules.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are listed in USD.
