How position sizing works

Pros don't risk a random number of coins — they risk a fixed percentage of the account (often 0.5–2%) per trade. The position size is whatever makes the distance from your entry to your stop-loss equal to that dollar risk: risk $ ÷ (entry − stop) = units.

Keep risk small and consistent and no single trade can take you out of the game — that survival is what compounds.
