Affiliate terms & promotion rules
This is a trading-education business. What you are allowed to say matters as much as what you earn — read this part properly. Breaking these rules voids commissions and ends the partnership.
No income, profit, or performance claims. Ever.
You may not state or imply that these products produce money. No “I made $4,000 with AI-Predict,” no profit screenshots presented as a typical or expected result, no win rates, no “guaranteed signals,” no promised returns, no “quit your job” framing. Under FTC rules the merchant is liable for its affiliates' unsubstantiated earnings claims, so we enforce this hard: promote what the products teach, never what they supposedly pay.
1. Disclose the relationship — every time
The FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require you to clearly and conspicuously disclose that you are paid a commission, in every promotion, on every platform. Put the disclosure up front and in plain language — “I earn a commission if you buy through my link” — not buried in a bio, a comment, a hashtag pile, or behind a “more” link. Video and live promotions need a spoken or on-screen disclosure too, not just a description box.
2. No earnings, income, or performance guarantees
As stated above: no income claims, no profit guarantees, no performance promises, no representations about typical results, and no implication that buying a product will make anyone money. This applies to captions, thumbnails, titles, ad copy, DMs, and anything else you publish. Trading and crypto involve substantial risk of loss, and most people who trade lose money — your promotion must never suggest otherwise.

4. No self-referral
Buying through your own affiliate link is not permitted and voids the commission on that order. The same applies to orders you place for household members or through alternate accounts, and to any scheme that manufactures a click before a purchase you were always going to make.
5. Refunds, chargebacks, and the pending period
Commissions stay pending for 30 days before they are approved for payout. If an order is refunded, reversed, or charged back — at any point — the associated commission is reversed. Approved commissions are paid on the next 15th once your balance reaches the $100 minimum. The customer-facing refund policy is set out in our Terms & Refund Policy and is a separate thing from this pending period.
6. Honest promotion only
Do not impersonate TRADEwithTRILLY, Trilly, or TRILLY CLUB LLC; do not run unsolicited bulk email or spam; do not misrepresent the price, contents, or refund policy of any product; and do not use fake urgency, fake testimonials, or fabricated results. Cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, and any other attempt to claim credit for traffic you did not earn will end the partnership and void unpaid commissions.
7. Program changes
We may update these terms, the commission rate, or the product lineup. Changes apply going forward, never retroactively to commissions already earned, and the current terms always live on this page. Full purchase terms, the refund policy, and the risk disclaimer are in our Terms & Refund Policy.
